SUPPLIES FOR FIXTURE FABRICATION

Fixture Pouring Compound (Liquid Urethane)

This flexible, fixture pouring compound is used in welding applications where parts must be blemish-free. Use to mold contoured parts where a flat fixture is impractical. (Compound is not recommended for staking applications)

TSN021 - Fixture Pouring Compound (1 lb. can)

TSN022- Case of 12 cans

  Teflon Powder

Pure teflon powder is used on poured fixtures to aid in part removal.
Teflon fills small pores in the fixture and prevents parts from sticking.

TSN016 - Teflon Powder (1 oz. vial)

Universal Release Agent

Before pouring a fixture, spray release agent directly on the part for easy removal from the mold.

TSN027 - Universal Release Agent (12 oz. spray can)

TSN028 - Case of 12 cans

Super Grease

A convenient, spray lubricant for sliding fixtures or moving components of assembly tooling.

TSN050 - Super Grease (16 oz. spray can)

TSN028 - Case of 12 cans

SUPPLIES FOR INJECTION MOLDING

Weldable Mold Release

This non-silicone mold release is excellent for parts that are going to be ultrasonically welded. Other mold release residues result in poor ultrasonic welds. This mold release works with most plastics.

TSN017- Weldable Mold Release (12 oz. spray can)

TSN018 - Case of 12 cans

Mold Release Cleaner

This cleaner removes silicone-based release agents on parts that are going to be ultrasonically welded. Use in a water or ultrasonic cleaning bath. (This step can be eliminated when using the Weldable Mold Release sold above.)

TSN019 - Mold Release Cleaner (16 oz. bottle)

TSN020 - Case of 12 bottles

SUPPLIES FOR ULTRASONIC WELDING

Broken Stud Extractor

The DRILL-OUT broken stud extractor is a fast, easy way to remove broken studs in horns, boosters or convertors without damaging the threads. The three-piece set can remove studs from 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm).

TSN039 - Broken Stud Extractor (Three-piece set)

Silicone Grease

Use this grease to prevent galling and improve interface contact between the ultrasonic horn and booster.

TSN015 - Silicon Grease (5.3 oz. tube)

Moly Assembly Lubricant

When applied before tightening, this lubricant prevents studs in aluminum or titanium horns from galling, binding or freezing. It is also used to lubricate fixture mounting screws or sliding fixtures.

TSN014 - Moly Assembly Lubricant (4 oz. tube)
